FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cosmetology and is a cosmetic composition for removal of undesirable hairs on the human body that causes oxidative stress initiating the peroxide oxidation of lipids and proteins of hair follicle cells and, as a consequence, their subsequent death, characterized in that it contains in a therapeutically effective amount a compound containing calcium ions selected from the following salts: calcium gluconate, or calcium glutamate, or calcium acetate, or calcium carbonate, or calcium nitrate, compounds containing divalent transition metal ions selected from the following salts: (II) acetate or ferrous sulfate, or copper (II) sulfate, or copper (II) chloride, ceramide, cytochrome-C, androgen receptor blockers selected from: spironolactone or flutamide, 5-alpha reductase enzyme inhibitors selected from: extract of saw palmeto, or extract of palmetto, or extract of urtica dioica, or mixture of extracts of saw palmeto, palmetto and urtica dioica, as well as a peroxide compound selected from: hydrogen peroxide, or urea peroxide, or benzoyl peroxide.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in efficiency and a reduction in the number of hair removals.
