FIELD: aircraft.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aircraft wing. During the manufacture of the wing, a plurality of layers obtained by the method of diagonally filament winding and uniform layers are applied to each of a plurality of separate wing mandrels. Then, a plurality of separate wing mandrels are attached end-to-end to create a laying out of spars of a torsion-box wing, a plurality of surface wing strips are attached end-to-end to the laying out of spars of the torsion-box wing, plurality of surface wing strips to apply pressure to the laying out of spars of the torsion-box wing is squeezed and the laying out of spars of the torsion-box wing to form the wing is cured, having the plurality of spars of the torsion-box wing. Moreover, the plurality of surface wing strips also includes applying an extension to a plurality of layers, obtained by the method of diagonal winding of the fiber, and uniform layers.
EFFECT: it is possible to reduce the number of bends or ruptures in the fibers of the composite material, and increase the stiffness of the composite material.
