SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a heating device, a wiper blade, a windscreen wiper and a brush assembly method. Heating device can be mounted on the brush support frame and comprises stiffening rod 24 that can be installed longitudinally within the support frame body. At least one heating element 25 is disposed on stiffening rod 24. Electrical connector 26 comprises an electrical connection device. Heating device comprises electrically conductive protrusion member 28 in electrical contact with heating element 25. Heating device is able to prevent unit 27 from contacting the electrical connection to heating element 25 until stiff member 24 is in its final position of the apparatus, and cause electrical connection device 27 and protrusion member 28 to reciprocally contact when stiff rod 24 is in its final position of the plant.

EFFECT: it is possible to install the heating device into the wiper blade by smoothly sliding in without damage of the design of the elements from which the brush is made.
