FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technique, namely to method for controlling a peristaltic pump for pumping liquid body fluids. Pump comprises an elastic tube mounted inside the circular stop wall and in contact with the rollers. Rollers rotate on the axes of the drive shaft. Regulate the volume flow of the pump by changing the radial position of the axis of rotation of the rollers relative to the axis of rotation of the drive shaft. Before starting pumping, rotational axes of the rollers are brought to the touch with an elastic tube. Set the obtained position of the rollers and enter into the memory of the pump control system as the position of the rollers at zero pump feed. Start rotation of the drive shaft with the movement of the rollers in the position of their rotation axes, located at a greater distance from the axis of rotation of the drive shaft. Increase the pump supply, bringing it to the desired value. Specify a rotation frequency of the drive shaft, which, when the rollers rotate axes at the maximum distance from the axis of rotation of the drive shaft, ensures the pump capacity is above the maximum permissible, thus ensuring the operation of the pump in a position that does not allow the rollers to fully compress the elastic tube while controlling the pump's capacity control system.
EFFECT: technical result is exclusion of pump operation modes, in which the blood cells and other organic liquids are traumatized.
