SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment vibration protection systems. Device comprises a base, on which additional plates with fixed to them vibration-proof devices are arranged and recording equipment, on the base the aircrafts equipment is installed, for example, two identical on-board compressors for the compressed air production on board of the aircraft. At that, one compressor is installed on the standard rubber vibration isolators, and another compressor is installed on the investigated two-mass vibration isolation system, which includes rubber vibration isolators and elastic-damping intermediate plate with vibration isolators, for example in the form of polyurethane plates, which, like the compressor standard rubber vibration isolators, are installed on the rigid bulkhead, which is installed on the base through the vibration damping pad. On the rigid bulkhead, between compressors, a vibration sensor is secured, signal from which is supplied to the amplifier and recording equipment, for example, octave spectrometer operating in the frequency band (Hz): 2; 4; 8; 16; 31.5; 63; 125; 250; 500; 1,000; 2,000; 4,000; 8,000 Hz. On the base, on which rigid bulkhead is installed through the vibration damping pad, with the sensor and the first and second on-board compressors installed thereon, sensor is additionally installed for the base amplitude-frequency characteristics measuring, the signal from which comes to the amplifier and spectrometer. For the vibration isolating system individual components maximum vibration amplitude analysis, between the base and the rigid bulkhead, a relative displacement sensor is additionally installed for the oscillations amplitude measure, signal from which comes to the amplifier and the spectrometer. At that, on the rigid bulkhead an automatic device is mounted, connected to the spectrometer and capable of the vibration damping pad rigidity changing, from the signal coming to it from the spectrometer, in case the spectrometer fixes the maximum permissible signals from the sensor, which measures relative movements between the base and the rigid bulkhead. At that, the vibration damping pad is made with allowing its rigidity changing elements, for example, elements with electrorheological fluid changing their viscosity when a signal from the automatic device comes in.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the vibration isolation effectiveness.
