FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the railway track, in particular to the railway rails heat and wind insulation devices. Railway rails (3) thermal and wind insulation device (1) includes thermal insulation (5), which has parallel rail web insulating elements (501) and rail base insulating element (503), and wind insulation (7), installed on the thermal insulation (5) outer side by means of fastening device. Along the railway rail (3) the thermal insulation (5) partly covers the rail base (301) and the rail web (303). Wind insulation (7) has vertically oriented wind-reflecting elements (701, 703) fixed on the base (705) and propagating vertically in opposite directions. Fastening device (9) has mounting bracket (901) for the thermal insulation (5) and wind insulation (7) fixing on the railway rail (3) and the wind insulation (7) holder (903).
EFFECT: enabling increase in the railway rails heat and wind insulation efficiency.
