FIELD: metrology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology. Method of vibration monitoring with a multicomponent sensor comprises stages, at which transmitting sensor output signals are passed through the matching amplifiers and at their outputs signals vector is obtained, which is multiplied by the correction coefficients matrix, which elements are equal to the matrix elements, inverse to the multicomponent sensor sensitivity coefficients matrix, resulting vector is used for the vibration orthogonal components measurement in the form of level estimates, and the measurement results are output to the registration unit. Obtained at the matching amplifiers output signals vector is additionally multiplied by a matrix of additional correction elements, which elements are selected in such a way that product of the additional correction elements matrix and the multicomponent sensor sensitivity coefficients matrix forms matrix, obtained from the single matrix, by cyclic rearrangement of its columns, and the resulting additional signals vector is converted into additional level estimates, which, like the previously obtained level estimates, are compared with the predetermined emergency protection threshold.

EFFECT: technical result is the expansion of functionality, increase in functioning reliability and accuracy.
