SUBSTANCE: proposed lock comprising a body, a cover of the body, a barrier bar with a barrier bar plate, a set of spring load lever tumblers and a locking mechanism, which mounted with the possibility of locking the locking element from complete or partial opening (closing) by locking at least one movable element of the lock. Lock is provided with an installed with the possibility of interfacing with locking mechanism and kinematically slow down the movement of blocking element of locking mechanism with a retarder, made in form of a gear wheel mounted on a fixed axis with the possibility of rotation, and between the axis and the gear wheel a non-drying lubricant with consistency is provided, which makes it possible to inhibit the rotation of gear wheel.
