FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sulfides oxidant preparation from the iron (II) sulfate solutions using microorganisms and can be used for the copper, nickel, zinc, cobalt, arsenic and iron sulfides dissolution and the metals leaching from sulfide mineral raw materials, in particular from ores, mining and metallurgical industries products and wastes. Method is implemented by the bioreactor filling with neutral carrier with porosity within of 30–85 %, acidophilic iron-oxidizing microorganisms immobilization on the carrier by inoculum with the iron concentration of up to 12 g/dm3 and pH of 1.5–2.4 pumping through the bioreactor. Oxidant production is performed by the sulfurous iron (II) solution with the iron concentration of up to 30 g/dm3 and pH to 2.6 pumping through the bioreactor with immobilized on the carrier microorganisms.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the microorganisms immobilization on the carrier material speed, oxidizer for the metals leaching from sulfide mineral raw materials production productivity and energy saving.
