FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: frequency meter is implemented on the basis of the following closed loop nodes: the impulse frequency phase detector (IFPD), the astatic link (AL), and the tuneable phase generator (TPG). The input measurable by frequency signal is fed to the impulse period converter (IPC), connected to the IFPD input, and the output voltage of the AL is measured by the digital voltmeter (DV) with the decimal and the sign bit. The node loop generally implements the astatic impulse-phase auto tuning (AIPAT) of the TPG frequency to the measurable frequency. The regulated oscillations (RO) frequency meter calibration is provided by the reference generator of RO (RGRO).
EFFECT: improved accuracy.
