FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the medium discharge through the safety valve monitoring. Safety valve comprises piston body and piston located inside the body with possibility of reciprocating movement. Safety valve also includes a position sensor for the piston axial position determination relative to the piston body. Position sensor comprises connected to the piston body sensor housing and movable member, which is made with possibility of linear movement relative to the sensor housing and made with possibility of axial movement together with the piston. At least part of the sensor housing is located within the piston body. Non-return valve for periodical provision of the fluid flow supply therethrough comprises piston body comprising head portion and the hollow elongated portion connected thereto, located at the open end valve seat and disposed in the body piston. Piston is made with possibility of reciprocative motion relative to the piston body and has proximally located to the head portion first end, and proximally located to the valve seat second end. Valve comprises located between the piston and the piston body shifting member and position sensor, which includes the sensing element and the second sensing element configured to linearly move relative to the first sensing element and follow the piston reciprocating movements. First sensing element is configured to generate response with the second piston sensing element movement relative to the piston body. Part of the first sensing element is located inside the piston body.
EFFECT: safety valve system for connection to the fluid source to protect against injury and damage due to the possible process parameters violation contains safety valve for the fluid flow therethrough periodic supply in the event of the process parameters violation.
