SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating means for entertainment and sport, namely to water walking skis. Water walking device contains skis in the form of two floats that hold the user on the water, each of which is made with a recess for the abutment of the user's foot, and two ski poles. Floats are connected at both ends by elastic elements and are made in the form of a hollow tube of rectangular cross-section with a submerged wing on the outer side of the hollow tube with respect to the user. From the underwater side on the surface of each of the floats are fixed flexible shields with the possibility of pressing them to the surface of the float when moving the float forward and with the possibility of forming a gap between the flexible shields and the surface of the float and providing resistance to movement when the float moves backwards. Each of the ski poles with its lower part is hinged in the front part of the corresponding float and is made in a curved shape, ensuring the grip of its upper part by the user's hand.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency in the implementation of a strong take-off when moving on skis with the preservation of stability on the water is achieved.
