FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment soundproofing. Sound-insulating enclosure is installed on the building roof slab by means of at least four vibration-proof supports, made of elastic material and on the inside lining it with the sound-absorbing element, sound-insulating enclosure is made in the form of rectangular parallelepiped with cut-out in its lower face for the process equipment base, at that, installing the process equipment base on at least four vibration-proof supports, which are based on the building roof slab, at that, making a gap between the process equipment base and the cutout in the rectangular parallelepiped lower face, designed to eliminate the vibrations transfer from the process equipment to the soundproof enclosure, in which the ventilation ducts are made in order to eliminate the equipment overheating, at that, the ventilation ducts internal walls are treated with the sound-absorbing material and acoustically transparent material, at that, fixing the sound-absorbing member to the sound-insulating enclosure inner surface, and making in the form of smooth and perforated surfaces, between which the multi-layer sound absorbing structure is placed, at that, the sound-absorbing member multi-layer sound-absorbing structure, which is fixed to the sound-insulating enclosure inner surface, is made in the form of four layers, at that, the sound-absorbing element, with which the casing is lined on the inside, is made in the form of rigid and perforated walls, between which the multilayer sound-absorbing element is placed, which is made in the form of two layers, one of which, adjacent to the rigid wall, is sound-absorbing, and the other, adjacent to the perforated wall, is made with perforation from the complex shaped sound reflecting material.
EFFECT: increase in the noise suppression efficiency.
