SUBSTANCE: container lid (2) comprises thin-walled moving parts (18) arranged in circumferential direction at intervals and extending upwardly beyond wall (4) of the upper panel from their lower ends, the lower ends being connected to the outer peripheral surface of flanking wall (6) or to the boundary portion between the outer peripheral surface of border wall (6) and the upper wall surface of top panel (4); bandage hoop (20) connected to the upper ends of thin-walled moving parts (18) and having, in the circumferential direction, special place (22), which is either a rupture or weakened portion (24) that is destructible; and control member (30) connected to the outer circumferential surface of border wall (6) by means of connecting element (28) extending radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of border wall (6), in a position on the same line with special place (22). In shroud ring (20) and connecting element (28), respectively, lockable protrusions (26) and locking tabs (36) are arranged to engage with each other to control the gapping of outside bandage hoop (20).

EFFECT: application discloses lid (2) of a resin cap-type container, made with the possibility of easy removal from the neck portion (38) of container without the need for a high force, which, even after removal from neck portion (38) of the container, remains intact without partial separation, without forming a scrap.
