SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cosmetic industry and is a cosmetic composition for moisturizing and healing the skin containing D-panthenol, low-molecular hyaluronic acid 15–40 kDa or sodium hyaluronate, aqueous extract of the radiola rosea, complex of preservatives and water, the components in the composition being in a certain ratio, by weight.
EFFECT: invention provides an effective and deep moisturizing and nourishing, skin healing, high penetration into the skin, binding to water and moisture retention, protecting the skin from adverse environmental effects, efficient recovery, toning, epithelization, regeneration, reduction of inflammation, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, rejuvenating, warming effect, stability of the finished product, improvement of consumer properties.
