SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and is a method for treating postnatal pus-catarrhal endometritis in cows, comprising administering a bactericidal agent based on activated alkaline water enriched with colloidal silver particles, characterized in that saturation with silver ions leads to a concentration of silver ions of 8–10 mg per 100 ml of catholyte, which is then ozonized for 25–30 minutes to an ozone concentration of 8–10 mg per 100 ml of catholyte and in intrauterine administration by means of a swine insemination device – SID-5, 100 ml every second day before the cervical closure, before the administration, external genital organs of an animal is washed with a warm aqueous furacilin solution in a ratio of 5,000:1, respectively.
EFFECT: invention provides increased activity of the method for treating postnatal pus-catarrhal endometritis and reduced labor intensity of the treatment.
