SUBSTANCE: provided: therapeutic composition comprising flecainide and at least one psychotropic drug modafinil; combined preparation containing flecainide and modafinil for the prevention and/or treatment of increased daytime sleepiness, sleep disorders, insufficient sleep duration, sleep apnoea syndrome; combined preparation of the same composition for the prevention and/or treatment of narcolepsy of attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity of post-traumatic stress disorder, disorders usually accompanied by drowsiness or drowsiness in Parkinson's disease; combined preparation of the same composition for the prevention and/or treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, depression, feelings of general malaise, dementia, bipolar disorder, bulimia, manic episode, obsessive-compulsive disorder, dependence or addiction to games, drugs, alcohol, tobacco.
EFFECT: technical result: anti-arrhythmic means of flecainide with anticonnexin activity potentiates the pro-amnestic or locomotor effects of the psychoactive drug modafinil, reduces the number of sleep episodes.
