SUBSTANCE: using to measure the ultrasonic waves propagation velocity and attenuation coefficient when studying the materials physical and mechanical properties. Summary of the invention is that the ultrasonic pulses parameters measuring device contains in-series connected synchronizer, probing pulses generator, emitter, receiver, amplifier, time selector, narrow-band filter, which output is connected to the amplitude recorder, is provided with second synchronizer, which output is connected to the first synchronizer input, made in the form of the frequency divider, first pulses generator, which input is connected to the first synchronizer output, and the output is to the time selector input, second pulses generator, which input is connected to the second synchronizer output, in-series connected ADC, RAM, and DAC systems. At that, the time selector output is connected to the ADC system input, RAM write resolution input is connected to the first pulses generator output, RAM playback resolution input is to the second pulses generator output, and the DAC system output is connected to the narrow-band filter input.

EFFECT: providing the possibility to measure the ultrasonic wave propagation velocity and attenuation coefficient in materials with a large frequency-dependent ultrasound attenuation over the wide frequency range, and to increase the measurement accuracy.
