FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics and can be used for local prediction of brine showing zones. Seismic survey is carried out by using a common-depth-point method. Structural plans of supra- and subsalt deposits are compared. Anticlinal highs with shifted structural plans are identified according to supra- and subsalt deposits. Most elevated areas of these highs are identified according to roof of the subsalt deposits. Well is drilled in the contour of the anticlinal high arch outside the arch key. Intersalt brine-saturated reservoir beds are separated according to a complex of downhole geophysical surveys. On the interstratal withdraw area in allochthonous wing and axial region of inflection of the linear anticlinal high, area geophysical electrical prospecting works are carried out by a probing method by near-zone field formation (NZF). Based on the results of the NZF, a carrier bed and zones of gradient transition with a sharp change in the geoelectric conductivity and resistance parameters of the brine-saturated reservoir bed are separated. Based on the selected zones, contours of the potential brine-bearing zone, which is identified with the brine showing zone within the boundaries of near-crestal and allochthonous parts of the linear anticlinal high, are determined.
EFFECT: prediction of local brine showing zones for mining and geological conditions of platform areas.
