HYDRAULIC VIBRATOR Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E21B28/00

Abstract RU 2661170 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used to intensify oil extraction or water injection. Hydraulic vibrator contains a spool and a barrel with a bottom hole. Barrel and spool are made with slotted recesses arranged at an angle to their generatrix. Slots of the spool are located in the opposite direction to the slotted recesses of the trunk. At both ends of the spool there is a cylindrical projection, the outer and inner walls of which are adjacent to the corresponding walls of the spool. From open ends of each protrusion opposite the slotted recesses of the spool are made grooves. From end of the barrel, located opposite the upper projection of the spool, grooves are made. Each recess is located opposite the slotted recesses of the trunk and the direction of each of them coincides with the direction of these slots of the trunk. Hole is drilled from the vertical wall of each hole in the trunk. From outer side wall of the trunk opposite the recesses, a cylindrical bore is provided, provided with a ring. Outer diameter of the ring is chosen equal to the outer diameter of the spool, and the height is equal to the depth of the trunk groove. Lower end of the barrel under the spool is made with an outer lateral cylindrical wall adjacent to the outer wall of the trunk, where the spool is seated. At the lower end of the barrel there is a spool support, made in the form of a sleeve, which is fixedly fixed to the lower end of the barrel by means of stop screws. From the upper end of the bush, in front of each slit of the trunk, grooves are arranged, located in the direction of the slotted recesses of the trunk. Each recess of the sleeve does not reach the outer wall of the sleeve and is open to the inner wall of the sleeve. Opposite each hole of the bushing is drilled a hole located in the direction of the bushing. Spool between the barrel ring and the bushing is mounted in the barrel with the possibility of rotation.

EFFECT: provides increased efficiency.
