SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport aeronautics. Aircraft contains a streamline aerostat, two propeller units and a gondola with crew. Device is supplemented with a garland of Flettner rotors, uniformly spaced in height and located above a transported load. Rotors are made inflatable with an elastic cylindrical part of the shell.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the carrying capacity.
