SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the individual transport and refers to the travel by the monorail. Transportation system consists of stationary rail 11 and travelling thereon removable small-sized individual open-type vehicle with the suspended boom 20 to accommodate the user and drive from two electric motors of motor-wheel type 1, supplied from the contact wire 32 via pantographs 14. On the rail sections with steep slope surface and in the propulsor driving wheels 2 recess, teeth in the form of truncated cone 4, 34, 37, 38 are mounted. To change the travel direction, the vertical 50 and horizontal 42, 46, 58 type track switches are applied.

EFFECT: as a result, enabling the possibility for the user to constantly carry the open type removable small-sized individual vehicle and independently use it for accelerated movement on the rail without stops and transfers.
