SUBSTANCE: flax puller comprises frame, dividers, pulling belt with the driving and tension pulleys, pulling pulleys, pressure rollers, deflecting pulley, outputting pulley, outputting device belt, and the drive pulley drive. Deflection pulley is fixed on the pivot arm with rotation center coinciding with the deflection pulley drive pulley axis of rotation in the lower or upper position. With the deflecting pulley locking in the lower position, consisting of main part and insert the outputting device belt is used to cover the extreme pulling pulley, the deflecting pulley and the outputting pulley. For the deflecting pulley locking in the upper position, the outputting device belt main part is used, covering the extreme pulling pulley and the deflecting pulley.
