FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to the designs of fuel systems of aircraft. Capillary fuel intake device consists of capillary screens and an intake tube. Shape of the capillary screen follows the contour of the supply fuel compartment. Inlet of the intake tube is brought to the bottom of the supply fuel tank to a distance H=D/4, where D – diameter of the flow cross-section of the intake pipeline.
EFFECT: separation of gas and liquid phases, uninterrupted supply of fuel to the engine, complete use of fuel from the supply tank is provided.
