FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Disk-shaped vibration isolator contains two oppositely arranged elastic elements relative to the vertical axis of the separating element. Each resilient element comprises dished resilient surface in the form of a truncated cone, three through grooves forming two truncated conical surfaces connected by three fins are provided on the above surface in the plane parallel to the bases of the truncated cone. Damping cylinders made from cast polyurethane are fixed in the central part of the separating element coaxially to the resilient elements and enter the holes at the truncated conical surfaces’ vertices with a gap. Damping cylinders are rigidly connected with separating element by means of adhesive joint.
EFFECT: enabling the vibration isolation in resonance mode increased efficiency.
