FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. To ensure high resistance to hydrogen embrittlement in acidic medium and high corrosion endurance strength, cold-rolled wire is made of steel of the following chemical composition, in wt.%: 0.2≤C≤0.6; 0.5≤Mn≤1.0; 0.1≤Si≤0.5; 0.2≤Cr≤1.0; P≤0.020; S≤0.015; N≤0.010, if necessary, not more than 0.07 Al, not more than 0.2 Ni, not more than 0.1 Mo and not more than 0.1 Cu, the rest – iron and inevitable in the melting of impurities, the wire has a microstructure with bainite content and, if necessary, up to 35 % of needle ferrite and up to 15 % perlite. Invention also relates to a method for producing cold-rolled wire and to flexible pipelines with its use in them, intended for the production of hydrocarbons.
EFFECT: providing high resistance to hydrogen embrittlement in acidic environment and high corrosion endurance strength.
