Device has elongated upper part, which is at least partially made flexible and elongated lower part 12, which is at least partially made flexible. In addition, several connecting elements 18 are provided for the upper part and the lower part 12 connection to each other, spaced from each other along the windshield wiper longitudinal extension and attached to the lower part 12 by pivot joints 122, which bending stiffness makes 75 N⋅mm/rad or less.
EFFECT: enabling glass cleaning without the bleed lines formation.
