FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to boiler construction, in particular to heat generating plants for production of hot water with temperature of up to 95 °C. Fuel is supplied to the burner, which mixes with the supplied air and is flared. Tangentially around the jet of flame, feed water is injected through the spray nozzles of the combustion chamber. Resulting turbulent expanding vapor-gas mixture is mixed with a swirler located in the combustion chamber. Feeding water is fed into the air washer of the combustion chamber. Process of heat and mass transfer proceeds intensively; the turbulized vapor-gas mixture is intensively in contact with related and cooler dropping liquid. Combustion chamber is made deadlock by installing a cylindrical shield around the jet of flame in the air washer. Heated water flows into the water slurry tank, which is a hydraulic seal and a slurry separator. Non-return valve protects the boiler from overfilling with changes in boiler load. At the same time, a hydraulic distributor is installed at the level of the sludge collector in a horizontal position to ensure the gravity removal of heated water from the boiler. From the hydraulic distributor by the network pump, hot water is supplied to the consumer. Sludge accumulated in the lower part of the sludge collector is removed with sludge blowing. Exhaust flue gases are cleaned of moisture droplets in the separator-water separator located at the outlet of the combustion chamber and are removed to the atmosphere. Harmful gas emissions (CO, CO2, nitrogen oxides) are absorbed by water.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of a heat generating unit and intensifying heat exchange in a hot water boiler.
