FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of safety of operation of operators in emergency situations, particularly at high levels of noise. Device for acoustic protection of the operator contains an operator's workplace equipped with noise reduction means, operator's workplace is located between the acoustic screens that protect the operator from direct sound from the vibration equipment, and above the work area is an acoustic suspended ceiling located in the upper zone of the room, and to reduce sound vibration, the operator's workplace is equipped with a floor on an elastic base that performs two-stage vibration protection of the operator, and also provides a rocking sound absorber, that consists of a rigid frame suspended from hooks on cables to the ceiling of the building with sound-absorbing material inside the frame, wrapped in a mesh capron fabric, and an expanded metal sheet is attached to the frame, and the frame is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, use the construction of a wall-mounted sound-absorbing panel mounted on the floor, the acoustic noise-absorbing panel comprising a smooth and perforated surface, between which there is a layer of sound-absorbing material of complex shape, which is an alternating solid and hollow sections, wherein the hollow sections are formed by prismatic surfaces that have a parallelogram shape in a section parallel to the plane of the drawing, the inner surfaces of the parallelogram have a toothed structure, the tips of the teeth turned inward the prismatic surfaces, and the edges of the prismatic surfaces are fixed respectively on the smooth and perforated walls, the cavities of the hollow sections formed by the prismatic surfaces being filled with a sound absorber, and between a smooth surface and solid sections of a layer of sound-absorbing material of a complex shape, as well as between the perforated surface and solid sections, there are resonant plates with resonant inserts performing the functions of the neck of Helmholtz resonators.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of sound proofing.
