FIELD: oil and gas industry; engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: two-pass electromagnetic shutoff valve is used in the gas and oil industries and is designed to control the flow of a gaseous or liquid working medium, namely its supply/shutting off and discrete control. Electromagnetic shut-off two-way valve, containing a casing with inlet and outlet nozzles, a cylinder, two electromagnets with internal springs attached to the anchors to the corresponding seats in the lid. In the body, one seat is provided, coaxially with which a cylinder with internally mounted pistons of small and full passages is urged by springs mechanically connected by means of a rod with a throttle opening with the possibility of limited movement along their common axis. Small-stroke piston is equipped with an end seal member cooperating with the seat of the valve body, the piston's super-piston cavities of the small and full passage through the control channels are connected to the inlet branch pipe of the housing, and the discharge channels – with the outlet branch pipe, the opening and closing of the discharge channels are carried out by the corresponding control electromagnets.
EFFECT: increased reliability and reduced weight and size characteristics.
