SUBSTANCE: wide-chord blade of the gas turbine engine fan consists of a metal sheath and rigidly supported power carriers mounted in the cavity inside the metal sheath and damping material. In this case, the percentage composition of titanium from the center to the periphery decreases from 100 % to 0 %, the percentage composition of aluminum rises from 0 % to 100 %. Damping material is placed in the cavity between the power carriers. Power carriers can be made in a rectangular cross-section. Power carriers can be made of circular cross-section. Power carriers can be made in a quadrangular cross-section, with the two walls repeating the internal profile of the sections of the shell in contact with them. Cavities between load-bearing power elements can be filled with a damping material. Change in the percentage composition of titanium and aluminum can be made discretely.
