SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the blowout preventers unit (10) comprising the blowout preventers unit components (18, 20, 40, 44, 52, 54, 56, 58). Part of the blowout preventers unit components (18, 20, 40, 44, 52, 54, 56, 58) has the blowout preventer (20, 40, 44, 52, 54, 58, 118) with the blowout preventer electric drive means (110) for the blowout preventer (20, 40, 44, 52, 54, 58, 118) control. Required to control the blowout preventer (20, 40, 44, 52, 54, 58, 118) energy is provided by the kinetic energy accumulation devices (142). Kinetic energy accumulation devices (142) are the flywheel energy accumulation devices (142), which serve as the motor and generator combination and accumulate, supply and receive kinetic energy and convert it into the electrical energy. Serving as the emergency power supply system steam turbine device (86, 94) and additional emergency power supply and emergency control systems (64, 66) are connected to the blowout preventers unit (10) and can be operated in parallel with the power supply and control systems (12, 14).
EFFECT: this helps to create the multiple redundant power supply and control system with the highest efficiency in the serviceability maintenance in case of the blowout preventers unit (10) failure.
