FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electric drive with an asynchronous motor of a load lifting and lowering mechanism relates to electrical engineering. Electric drive contains an asynchronous motor made with a phase rotor, a three-phase rectifying bridge, to which the motor windings are connected, transistors, commuting windings of the motor with the network. Polar outputs of the rectifying bridge are connected to the transistor. In a load lifting mode, the stator windings are connected by a contactor to the emitters of the transistors, and the rotor windings through the contactors are connected to the network. In a load lowering mode, the stator windings are connected by a contactor to the network, and the rotor windings through the contactor are connected to the transistors emitters. In a hold mode, the stator windings and the rotor windings are connected to the network through the contactors. Regardless of an operating mode, the collectors of transistors are connected to the supply network, emitters of transistors are connected to the three-phase rectifying bridge, polar outputs of which are connected to the transistor, the bases of the transistors are connected to the PWM outputs of the control system.
EFFECT: electric drive is designed to regulate the speed, holding the shaft of an asynchronous motor with a phase rotor and can be used in electrical industry.
