FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: DNA samples from biological material taken from patients with Parkinson's disease are prepared. A multiple ligase polymerase reaction (MLPP) is performed with typing of the main known marker mutations and polymorphisms associated with the Parkinson's disease. Patients are selected for exomial sequencing, with exception of those patients whose DNA contains the known markers. The main markers associated with the development of a late form of Parkinson's disease are identified.
EFFECT: acceleration and cheaper analysis of mutations.
