FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing the racks of a reactor frame of a high-frequency barrier with grooves for turns of coils and can be used in power engineering. Rack frame is made from slats with inclined slots using technological wedges and steps. Racks are installed on the technological steps. Height of the smallest step is equal to the winding pitch divided by the number of racks in the set, and the angle of inclination of the racks to the vertical stop is determined by the diameter, pitch and direction of the coil winding and is specified by the technological wedge. Finished sets of racks are combined into one package, they provide the package with immobility, set the required slot size and carry out its groove. Invention allows the slots to be made with high precision without biasing them between adjacent racks and placing the reactor winding in the slats slots without any distortion, and, therefore, when the short-circuit currents flow through the winding wires, the latter will be less subject to mechanical effect, resulting in greater stability of the carcass and ultimately the reactor itself, which will increase its durability and long-term trouble-free operation.
EFFECT: technological steps are placed on a horizontal table support in order of increasing or decreasing their height.
