FIELD: textile and paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the textile industry. In the method, the sole of the overall design of the boot covers, in contrast to presently used ones, is made of pressed cardboard impregnated with a waterproof mortar, to which a rubberized waterproof fabric is glued by means of a suitable adhesive, on the outer side of which, along their entire surface, small particles of solid minerals (for example, pellets of river sand of the same size as sandpaper) are glued, which have an anti-slip effect when the user is walking on slippery surfaces.
EFFECT: prevention of falling of users when walking inside buildings (for example, hospitals), for which the set of boot covers includes self-adhesive mats-stickers for disposable gluing them on the soles of shoe covers.
