SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motor-compressors for use in refrigeration and air-conditioning. Valve mechanism for a motor-compressor contains a monolithic valve plate without saddles with suction and injection holes of cylindrical or non-cylindrical shape. It also contains integral plates of suction and discharge valves with self-acting elastic lobes of suction and discharge valves and a plate of suction and discharge saddles. Suction and discharge saddles have windows of a depth equal to the thickness of the plates of the suction and discharge saddles, form identical to the form of the self-acting suction and discharge valves. Windows dimensions along the entire inner contour are larger than the dimensions of the suction external contour and discharge valves by at least 0.5 mm. Inside the above-mentioned windows there are sealing saddles of a suction and discharge saddle, They are made in the form of closed belts of cylindrical or non-cylindrical shape. Suction and discharge saddles are connected to the suction and discharge suction plate windows by means of elastic thin partitions, width and thickness of which are identical to the width and thickness of the suction and discharge saddle bands. Material of the suction and discharge saddle plates, its thickness and manufacturing method are identical to the material, thickness and method of manufacturing self-acting suction and discharge valves from the Swedish tape SANDVIC-20C by stamping.

EFFECT: noise intensity and energy consumption are reduced.
