FIELD: printing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device for making business cards and other similar cards (11), comprising supply operating unit (12) to supply a plurality of pairs of sheets (15, 16) and printing unit (14) configured to print distinctive signs (26) on at least one printable surface (18, 19) of at least one of said sheets (15, 16). Disclosed device comprises coupling unit (28) configured to reciprocally couple said sheets (15, 16) of the same pair of sheets with their corresponding coupling surfaces (20, 21), arranged opposite to the corresponding printable surfaces (18, 19), electronic device (22) made as a sheet being associated to one of coupling surfaces (20, 21), and electronic writing unit (29) configured to introduce encoded information in electronic form readable by a reader into electronic device (22).
EFFECT: purpose of the present invention is to obtain an apparatus for making business cards that allows to obtain business cards containing a large amount of information.
