FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a processing tool used in the processing of plastics (thermoplastic materials) by injection molding in the manufacture of articles with undercuts, with deep holes whose direction coincides with the plane of the casting mould, and can be used in the automotive industry, in machine building and in many other industries. Casting mould consists of a fixed and movable half mold, two plates with mirror-formed grooves for rollers are fixed symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the casting mould, on the fixed plate, in the direction of the axis of the casting mould, with horizontal and inclined in the range 20–45° sections, and on the movable semi-form a block of signs is attached. Latter consists of the decoration signs that form the holes in the molded products parallel to the plane of the casting mould cavity connector installed in the familiar. Rollers are mounted on the axes, on the end faces of the familiar. Plates of the familiar are made up of two separating signs along the axes and centering sleeves, which are bolted to the familiar. Block of signs through the base is fixed to the movable half-mold. In this case, slabs with grooves for the rollers, namely grooves for the rollers, must ensure the working stroke of the decals, exceeding the working length of the decals by 2–3 mm, the width of the groove for the roller must exceed the diameter of the roller by 0.5–1.0 mm.

EFFECT: creation of a casting mold design for the processing of thermoplastic materials by injection molding, which makes it possible to manufacture articles with undercuts with deep holes, the direction of which coincides with the plane of closure of the casting mould, as well as expanding the technological capabilities, simplifying the design of the form, increasing reliability, durability and reducing labor input when repairing the mold.
