FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: steps are performed for determining variable geometric parameters of the support member of the test bench for reproducing a support of turbomachine parts, and/or a sample, as well as the variation range of said parameters, determining at least one object to be realised, wherein the variation at least a part of said parameters affects said object, varying one or more values of said parameters in their respective ranges and determining those values that allow the object to be realised, and depending on the optimised parameters, realising or modifying the support device and/or sample. Support device comprises two support surfaces designed to interact with the support surfaces of the sample. Support device is intended for attachment to the bench, and the sample is designed to be connected to tensioning means. Support device comprises two central parts with two support surfaces, wherein on the side opposite to the tensioning means, each central part is connected by a first arm with a mounting base on the bench, and on the side of the tensioning means by a pair of second arms with the ends of two spaced-apart parallel cross bars, wherein the opposite ends of the bars are connected by another pair of second arms to the other central part.
EFFECT: method for optimising a bench for testing low-cycle fatigue and, possibly, for combined low-cycle and multi-cycle fatigue for reproducing the support of gas turbine engine parts, such as supporting at least one blade leg on the support neck of the rotor disk cell.
