SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting load-carrying devices mounted on rail vehicles, namely kangaroo wagons. Lifting load-carrying device for loading a rail vehicle with the aid of a lifting device has at least one support device for the load, gripping jacks for the lifting device, mounting surfaces for the direct installation of the carrier on the floor of the terminal, as well as geometrically locking means for fixing the carrier on the rail vehicle. Support device is movable between the load receiving position at which the load is oriented substantially horizontally and the loading position of the cargo where the load is inclined. Rail vehicle, namely a kangaroo wagon, has at least one carrier device.
EFFECT: it is possible to use the device without the use of special equipment in terminals and the creation of a rail vehicle.
