FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mechanization of production of seedlings in protected soil conditions. Device includes a radius rod, the inner end of which is pivotally connected to a fixed support, a movable carriage and a radius rod drive mounted on the radius bar. Device for forming film containers is configured to fill them with a substrate. Device is equipped with a technological cart, hinged to the carriage and equipped with an engine connected to the driving wheel. Supporting wheels are installed at the outer end of the rod radius. Movable carriage by chain transmission is connected to a sprocket mounted rotatably on the inner end of the rod radius by a sprocket chain which is connected to the fixed support by a chain transmission. Device for forming film containers, mounted on a technological carriage, includes cylinders provided with guides mounted in guide rollers, connected together by a chain to form a closed conveyor. Chain is equipped with a drive sprocket with the first freewheel clutch, which is connected by a spring-loaded first mechanism to the first cam of the cam shaft, connected by the variator to the engine of the technological trolley. Device for forming the film containers includes levers located on both sides of the cylinder, which are connected to the second cam of the cam shaft by a second spring-loaded mechanism and to which the clamp bodies are located at the ends. One of the cases is equipped with three spring-loaded clamps, and the other – two. Spring-loaded heating element is located between these two clamps. Distance between the clamping body and the clamps is larger than the distance from the clamping body to the heating element. Device for agrotechnical work is equipped with an additional bunker, and the hopper dispenser drives include a second and third freewheel couplings connected respectively by third and fourth spring loaded mechanisms to the third cam of the cam shaft.
EFFECT: ensures the consistency of the technological speed, automation of the technological process and increased productivity.
