FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: two-channel system for regulating fuel supply to a gas turbine engine refers to the field of aircraft engine construction and is designed to automatically control the GTE in all engine operating modes. System contains the main and reserve control channels, throttling chamber, adjustable throttles, constant pressure valve, pneumohydraulic converter. Structurally, the system is designed in such a way that the entrance to the throttling chamber is connected to the channel for supplying fuel pressure from the constant pressure valve, and one of the throttles forming the inter-throttling chamber is made in the form of a spring-loaded spool connected to the pneumohydraulic converter.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of realizing a non-linear dependence of the flow rate into the engine on the magnitude of the air command when operating on the backup control channel and, as a consequence, improving the operational and power characteristics of the gas turbine engine.
