FIELD: military science.
SUBSTANCE: method of remote mine clearing relates to military engineering, mine clearing and anti-terrorism tools, is designed to ensure the safety of movement on the routes of special military equipment units, weapons and vehicles. Method for remote mine clearing is used for undermining at a safe distance, as well as for remote blocking engineering ammunition and self-made radio-controlled explosive devices (SRCED), comprising electronic components. Method is based on using pulsed electromagnetic superhigh-frequency (SHF) radiation and spatially oriented polarized ultra-wideband high-frequency (UWB-HF) radiation, which are localized in the scanned sector and in the direction of the remotely located mine clearing area.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of a reliable and safe way, providing remote neutralization and destruction of radio-controlled and other explosive devices at a remote safe distance, exclusion of the threat of terrorist attacks on particularly important military and civilian objects, demining of transport, energy communication lines, other mined areas, safe movement of military equipment and weapons while performing tactical tasks on the routes and in areas of dislocation.
