In the method, the backup information transmission system of a ship consists of a communication line, source of information of a transmitting and receiving device located in the hull of a ship / submarine, and the ship's pipeline is used as the communication line, wherein the input converter is included into the system, it is connected to a transmitting device consisting of an encoder and a transmitter that are connected to the input inductance, which, in turn, is connected to the pipeline, the pipeline at the receiving end being connected to the input inductance, which is connected to the receiving device consisting of a receiver connected to an amplifier and a decoder, and the decoder is connected to an output converter, the amplifier also being connected to a selection device, which is connected to the repeater and inductance, and the latter is connected to the pipeline. Further, the pipe of the pipeline is made from ferromagnetic low-alloy steel and is a magnetic circuit, directing the magnetic flux along the assigned path, and is laid through all the compartments along the length of the submarine.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide the possibility of transmitting emergency information via a ship's pipeline.
