SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be useful for the surgical treatment of high hepaticocholedochus strictures in patients with the fusion of four lobar hepatic ducts. After resection of the parenchyma of the liver gates by means of ultrasonic cavitation, 4 lobes of the liver are exposed, closely adjacent to each other are the walls of the two right lobes of the liver, as well as the two left longitudinal dissect and sew the two right lobar ducts of the liver, as well as the two left ones, thereby forming one share of the liver on each side, followed by the formation of bihepathic yunoanastomosis.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of intra-cellular hypertension in the immediate postoperative period.
