WATER PURIFICATION AND DISINFECTION UNIT Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C02F1/44 C02F1/78 C02F9/08 C02F103/00

Abstract RU 2668036 C2

FIELD: technology of water and air purification.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for purification and disinfection of water from natural heavily polluted sources. Water purification and disinfection unit comprises water pre-filter 1, an inlet of which is connected to a source of source water, and an outlet of which is connected to contact vessel 3, to which the ozone source is connected. Output of ozone treated water vessel 3 is connected with ultrafiltration module 4. Purified water outlet of ultrafiltration module 4 is connected with reverse osmosis module 5. Contact vessel 3 is provided with ozone treated water supply pump 6 and ejector 7 communicating with the ozone source. Ultrafiltration module 4 is connected to the outlet of pump 6 by means of a pipeline in which check valve 9 and adjusting valve 10 are arranged in series along the ozone treated water path. Cavity of ultrafiltration module 4 in front of the ultrafiltration membrane through discharge valve 11 is connected with the sewage system, and the cavity after the ultrafiltration membrane is connected through second reverse valve 12 and regulator 13 for the ratio of desalted and not desalted water to storage container 14 and through coal filter 15 and bypass valve 16 to the inlet of purified water supply pump 17, the output of which is connected to reverse osmosis module 5. Permeate output of module 5 is connected to storage vessel 14, and the water output, which is 38 to 42 % by volume of the water supplied to the reverse osmosis and not passed through the reverse osmosis membrane with impurities concentrated therein, is communicated through discharge valve 18 with a sewage system, through third check valve 19 – with the input to module 5 and through stop valve 20 – with vessel 21 for reagent for washing the reverse osmosis membrane. Vessel 21 is connected via pump 22 to the input of module 5. Purified water outlet of ultrafiltration module 4 is connected to hydraulic accumulator 23.

EFFECT: invention provides an increased degree of water purification and allows producing drinking water.
