SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment of the tobacco industry and can be used for loosening of compressed tobacco raw materials. In the method, the installation for loosening of tobacco contains a chamber, a loosening device, a drive, a feed conveyor, wherein the chamber is formed by loosening rolls and a lid fixed to the hinge, the loosening rolls are fixed to the frame along the arc of a semicircle, they have blades along the axis and pins are attached to them, the camera cover has an opening with a door and is locked by a limit switch.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve the quality of loosening, the safety level in the operation of the installation with overload, simpler maintenance.
