FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment – to devices for testing materials, in particular rocks, in the study of energy exchange in a rock mass to establish possible causes of its dangerous dynamic manifestations. Bench contains a support frame, a sample gripper placed therein, a hydraulic sample presser connected to the sample gripper, an energy storage, a pneumatic pressure source connected to the energy storage cavity. It is equipped with a mechanism for forming a continuous crack in the sample with the possibility of its exit into the cavity of the energy accumulator through its bottom made in the sample.
EFFECT: modeling the processes before and after the surface of a fluid under high pressure, a crack formed in a brittle environment.
