SUBSTANCE: automatic installation comprises a body connected to it by vertical pillars of the base, coaxially arranged between them with a rotatable platform-carousel with pockets on its circumference, arranged evenly around the circumference to accommodate the boxes, drive platform-carousel, input conveyor for the supply of packages with the product, nodes for forming a box and marking it, a packing unit including guides, an air cylinder connected to its rod with the possibility of moving with respect to the guide frames with pivotally mounted axles on it, in the middle part of each of them the abutments with rollers are fixed, the elastic trapezoidal guides connected to the axes, and also the protrusions, the response stops, located on the additional base. Installation also includes a valve closing unit of the box, consisting of three pneumatic cylinders with inlets in the ends of their rods, arranged in the form of truncated pyramids, mounted in the body with the possibility of adjusting the spatial position. Unit still contains glueing nodes, box unloading and box position control units, a control and power supply unit and a tilt valve of the box valve, including a perpendicularly aligned ribbon with a curved projection along the perimeter of the carousel platform, a plate protruding above the belt at the site of the glue application unit and formed as a ring segment with a notch on the edge of the segment facing the rod of the air cylinder of the valve closing assembly of the box.

EFFECT: invention provides for the expansion of the arsenal of technical facilities and the increase of reliability.
